About Us

Hufford integrative therapy has been my dream for a very long time. I have been in Northwest Indiana since attending Valparaiso University in 2007. It has become my home, and I feel connected with the community and individuals in the area. I am passionate about what I do and am committed to supporting each person our team works with to develop personal growth and help them overcome obstacles with confidence and clarity.

Pamela Saylor, LCSW

I work with children and teens addressing emotional regulation, school issues, anxiety, depression, and family conflict; young adults addressing life transitions, identity, relationships, stress, and self-esteem; older adults addressing grief, loneliness, cognitive changes, caregiver stress, and life transitions; and families and caregivers addressing communication, support, and navigating complex dynamics.

I use a compassionate, client-centered approach tailored to your needs. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and I will incorporate trauma-informed care and family systems work when appropriate.

Therapy with me is collaborative and respectful. I believe in meeting you where you are and building on your strengths. My goal is to help you or your loved one feel more confident, connected, and capable of handling life’s challenges.
